In an Access Bars® session, you’ll  lie on a massage table or sit in a comfortable chair while the practitioner lightly touches 32 points on your head. This touch is non-invasive and involves holding each set of points for a few minutes, which facilitates the flow of energy, allowing for the release of any blockages or limitations that may be stored in these areas.

As the practitioner activates the Bars points, clients commonly feel a deep sense of relaxation and calm.

Some may even fall asleep or experience a meditative state.
